I just went into the store at Lake Haven to make an enquiry and the guy behind the counter was so lovely. I didn’t get his name but he’s a slim young guy with a beard, he came outside to my car to check things out for me, I didn’t even have to ask. Such great service! I’ve also purchased a car stereo from these guys before and had it installed by them and they were great that time also, even when I was confused and the problem was clearly my user error they treated me well and went through things properly. I will definitely be heading back there to buy a new front and rear dash cam and have it installed by them. Old fashioned service…it’s the best! Thank you 😊
If you want service or help DONT go here. Was being served by one of the shop assistants and mid sentence he just walked off and served someone else....bought a can of VHT wheel paint, half a can sprayed, paint leaked out & nozzle was very hard to press. Shop assistant said it was my fault for not shaking the can correctly. Got second can same thing, managed to get ⅔ of a can out had to use both hands to press nozzle down which makes it very difficult to paint with. Took can back and shop boy said "I've never had any problems. HOPELESS SHOP.
Purchased a dashcam and had it installed month ago by Autobarn, within a month the dashcam stop working. Went in to the store and the salepersonal didn't even want to look at the problem, in fact the salesperson that sold the item very quickly disappeared. Poor Service.

I went to Repco for wiperblades and was told they would be $50 and they couldn't fit them anyway. Then told I should go to Autobarn I was serviced by Alec I think his name was . He fixed my broken wiper and replaced the blade for only $26 .Great work. Thank you
This store is very well setout and tidy, staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The team do a fantastic job on installations as well. Cheers guys

Walked in asked the team member at the counter if he had a wheel lock nut adapter showing him the part and replied maybe up there.

I approached the parts desk to be told nah sold the last one yesterday. I said to the lazy fellow you didn't even look.
Rolling his eyes at me he left his computer and had a look.
Guess what he had the part.

Funny how often I do a ring around for a part, "we can get that in for you" they say, but nearly always end up here at Autobarn as these guys seem to have the stock.... IN STOCK!! If I could wait I'd order from eBay, but if I'm looking for a part now I need it now and the amount of times these fellows have been able to help me out I can't count. Highly recommend giving the others a ring LAST, save the hassle and call these guys first. So yourself a favour!
